Fiserv Implementation Project Manager (Mortgage Director Product) in Colorado

What does a great Implementation Project Manager do?

You will manage assigned customer implementations. In addition to ensuring new customers are implemented timely with a high degree of satisfaction, engagements will include LOS operational and system utilization reviews, process improvement assessments and surveying LOS table enhancement and configuration opportunities. Additionally, you will ensure the Mortgage Director implementation team supports Mortgage Director’s identification, documentation and implementation of standard methodologies within Mortgage Director best practices. This role will collaborate and communicate closely with customers, sales, and management!

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Establish project plans to support new customer implementations / system configuration requirements with assigned/available resources. Such plans must meet resources identified within License Agreements/Addendums and or via SOW’s.

  • Ensure implementation issues with assigned projects are identified, tracked and reported through the process.

  • Perform day-to-day management of implementation projects and identify issues and risks and advance quickly to management when help is needed.

  • Ensure work performed is within scope, consistent with requirements, and delivered on time and on budget.

  • Develop and deliver progress reports and proposals.

  • Aid in detailing product administrative features and tools to ensure manuals and other training documents are current.

  • Schedule and work with training resources in order to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations.

  • Work with team to document industry standard methodologies and detail LOS workflow, system configuration recommendations, features and functionality to improve efficiencies and processing quality.

  • Ensure the team efficiently identifies and documents the business issues and objectives of customers and accurately documents customer requirements based on reviews of customer documentation and employee interviews.

  • Moderate reviews and edits of requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years customer implementations project management experience.

  • Mortgage lending/loan origination/lending technology experience.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% (after COVID restrictions)

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Experience implementing software solutions for the mortgage industry.
