Open Date 11/5/2018 Full-Time/Part-Time Full-TimePosition Wargame Planner - Schriever Wargame (JNY) Location MCSG -Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs Shift -not applicable- DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning and executing Air Force SpaceCommand's Schriever Wargame Series (SWS) as a member of the SchrieverWargame (SW) team. The purpose of the SWS is to provide an opportunity toinvestigate the issues and implications of combined space and cyberspaceoperations in greater depth than they are examined in other Title 10 Wargames.Provides classified wargaming subject matter expertise for the SWS and othersupported Wargames, exercises, and events.PRIMARY DUTIES:Must be experienced in air, space, and cyberspace operations and be ableto assist the Government in game design, scenario development,adjudication, assessment, and game control for classified play during SWSand SWS-supported eventsAssists in the design and execution of two Table Top Seminars and theSchriever Wargame (SW) Capstone event each yearCoordinates, designs, and develops Wargame scenarios, orders ofbattle, and toolkits, to include analysis and assessment of approaches toensure participation from all needed communities at all classification levelsParticipates in USC Title 10/50 events to coordinate Schriever Wargamedesign features. The intent of this support is modular space input to USCTitle 10 WargamesSupports planning conferences, workshops, seminars, senior leadershipbriefings (e.g. AFSPC/CC, CSAF, CDRUSSTRATCOM), integratedGovernment team meetings (integrated product teams and strategysessions), training sessions, Senior Advisor meetings, and, other SWS eventsProvides data collection and input to the analysis plan used to collect andgenerate Table Top Seminar, workshop, and SW Capstone insights andobservations for inclusion in reports and briefings, and to integrate intooverall SWS planningFacilitates groups during SWS events; identifies appropriate subject matterexperts for Wargame events in cooperation with the team and the GovernmentWargame Director; ensures each Wargame cell has the necessary materials andinformation to support their portion of the Wargame play; supports theresolution of equipment and procedural shortfalls; provides an 'attackplan' for how their cell will meet SW objectives; assesses their group'sactions and assists in the overall assessment of each event, to includerecommendations for future activitiesMust have exceptional oral and written skills; responsible for assisting inthe preparation and execution of all Wargame events; drafts objectives,insights, and observations; assists in the creation and presentation ofvarious forms of feedback from the Wargame including outbriefs, Quick LookReports, SW final reports, and ro
