Davidson is seeking a SIL Fidelity Cybersecurity Engineer in ColoradoSprings, CO.Tasks: Support the Systems Integration Lab for the Ballistic Missile EarlyWarning System (BMEWS) Precision Acquisition Vehicle Entry (PAVE)Phased Array Warning System (PAWS) (BPP) Participate within an Agile environment, meeting in regular scrums,and developing stories to move the WS's cyber posture forward. Install and administer Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Develop, deploy, and maintain the LogRythm Security Information andEvent Management (SIEM) solution within a lab environment Perform Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) assessments andhardening for both Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems,and networking equipment Coordinate patching efforts with lab system administrators Develop and coordinate Security Impact Assessments (SIA) withgovernment representatives Develop and coordinate Interim Authorization To Test (IATT) withgovernment representatives Update lab Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifact documentation Identify applicable patches through system scans and review of applicableguidance (e.g., IAVAs, IAVBs, TCNOs, vendor patches) Provide updates to RMF Documentation for changes to weapon system Conduct routine vulnerability scans to verify and ensure system securityis maintained Prepare reports and studies as requestedRequirements: Education/Experience: 5 years applicable experience with Bachelorsdegree from an accredited college; 3 years with Masters, 0 years with PhD.Applicable experience may be substituted for degree. Interim DoD Secret clearance required to start DoD 8570.01M IAT II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security,GSEC, SSCP, etc.) Security engineering skills with a working knowledge of cybersecuritytechnology and DoD/Federal cybersecurity policy (i.e., DoDI 8500.01,NIST SP 800-53, etc.) Familiarity in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) CybersecurityLifecycle to include: identifying controls and overlays, generatingtestable requirements, identifying resilient architecture design,providing analysis of vulnerability findings, conducting verificationtesting of compliance assessments, and configuring, running, andscripting audi Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Operating System Familiarity or experience with Agile software development methodologies(i.e., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Familiarity with MS Office suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Project)Desired Competencies/Experience/Certifications: Experience using and/or configuring LogRhythm or Equivalent SIEM / LogAggregation software tool Experience performing vulnerability and compliance scans utilizing AssuredCompliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) / Nessus / Security Center Experience conducting cybersecurity assessments of RHEL environments Understanding of networking, subnetting, firewalls, NAT, ACL's, etc Familiarity with HBSS (ePolicy Orchestrator 5.3, McAfee Antivirus,HIPS, Policy Auditor, RSD) Familiarity with STIG/SCAP compliance scanning and implementation Familiarity with RMF process Familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS)Precision Acquisition Vehicle Entry (PAVE) Phased Array WarningSystem (PAWS) (BPP) or other ground-based radars such as theAcquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS)Clearance Requirements:Must have an Active Interim Secret Security Clearance
