Overview
As an integral member of the logistics team located in Colorado Springs, the Shipper/Receiver will be mainly responsible for all equipment, materials, parcels and products shipped from and received at our Centennial facility. Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Receive daily shipments at the Centennial facility
Review receipt of all materials against purchase orders
Process shipping request
Log all incoming/outgoing shipments in required logs
Maintain documentation to provide audit trails for internal and external audits
Ensure materials are received from the vendor and delivered to the requester
Be trained in production packing and material management
Assist with proper receipt, inventory and disposal of company and Government property
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Government property experience
Currently licensed on a forklift
Proficient with standard business-related tools, i.e. Microsoft office suites
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
Experience in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Familiarity with U.S. government agencies
Familiar with Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR)
Familiar with Cost Point and MAGI inventory systems
Self-starter with good organizational and computer skills
Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act:
This position pays$33,700 - $37,050based on required experience and market factors
