Ent Credit Union Senior Account Executive - SENIO02811 in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Sr. Account Executive divides their time between dealer sales/servicecalls, solving complex issues, and keeping the channels of communicationopen between the dealers and credit union. The Sr. Account Executives majorfunction is to build Indirect business relationships. This will be done byin-person visits, lunches, and/or other outside activities. While theSr. Account Executive is in the field, sales and dealer relations will betheir primary function. In addition, when issues and problems arise, theIndirect Account Executive will be the primary contact for the dealer and willgather all necessary information to resolve the problem or issue. They willchampion problem resolution with support from the indirect staff andcommunicate back to the dealers.The Sr. Account Executive will also provide additional training and assistanceto the Indirect Dealer Account Executives in other territories to ensurecredit union policies and guidelines are being followed and thatimplementation of growth strategies is being monitored closely.Indirect Lending Department is a source of external loan revenue and anadditional source for obtaining new credit union members. The Indirect Processallows members to obtain new/used automobile loans at the dealer withouthaving to contact the CU directly. This saves the member time and the CUmoney. The dealership files all Title and DMV work for the CU.Major Activities :Develop and maintain dealer relationships and conduct dealer portfolio reviews(Mainly in person but some phone work)Resolve complex issues, complaints, member dissatisfactionMentor and develop Account Executives and provide support for escalated issuesand high priority relationshipsMeet and develop new business with Dealer Owners / PrincipalsCreate programs and promos to increase dealer volume and control dealerreserve paid out, maintain rate yield, work with Director of Indirect lendingMember ContactMaintain 3rd party vendor relationshipsOff-site dealer functions such as cars shows or social events. Employeemeetings at Ent including indirect staff meetingsOther duties as requiredQuantifiable Organizational Impact:Dollar Measures: e.g., operating budget, financial risk / exposure,potential for income, project budgets, capital expenditures, accountspayable or receivable, relevant expenses, volume of purchases, assets,cash, etManage sales budget, mileage, giveaways, promotionsStandards for Performance: e.g., loans processed, accounts opened,transactions completed, etc.Develop new members via dealership channelCapture Ent members at time of saleMaintain Colorado Springs, and Pueblo business and provide assistance todevelop and manage Denver and Surrounding market dealersIndirect volumeMaintain special relationships $1 Million dollar per month dealersLiaison between dealers and Ent for early payoff Gap cancellations /recoveriesMaintain market share and top lender ratingPosition Requirements:Minimum formal education required for this position:High School Diploma or GEDEach year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in arelevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement ofKnowledge Consistent with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and 2+ years ofaccounting experience could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6years of relevant accounting work experience or a Masters Degree in Accountingand 0 years of work experience.Preferred Education:Knowledge consistent with a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing,Communications or similar.Minimum work experience:10+ years sales / account management experience (6+ years with abachelors in Sales/Marketing, Business, or similar) to include:4+ years, indirect / auto lending experience3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role1+ years Indirect Underwriting or credit review(Preferred) 1+ years Credit union experienceTechnical or specialized knowledge/skills:Superior demonstration of sales, communication (oral and written), andinterpersonal skillsSolid expertise in Indirect
