Learn more about what we doJob DescriptionThe AMO Region Marcom Specialist (RMS) will lead improvement andimplementation of more effective territory and installed-based marketingprogram tactics. As a key member of the AMO metrics-driven organization andaligned with the Market Initiative Managers (MIM) and all region marketingcampaigns, the RMS will use ROI analysis of existing marketing campaignjourney performance to recommend continuous tactical improvement,holistically across all AMO marketing campaigns. They will also lookexternally to benchmark creative new ideas from competitors (Refer-a-Friend, Forward-Invite-to-a-Colleague) as well as beyond T.and.M companies(including B-to-C, B-to-B). They will work closely and collaborativelywith all AMO MIMs to develop and deploy the most effective tactics to growcontact names, unique MQLs and ultimately orders. The RMS will also ensurethat all tactics include optimal integration of all applicable marketinginitiatives (Services, SW, PathWave, PRPs, etc.).In addition, working with the Keysight World Americas Project Manager, theRMS will be the Keysight World marketing tactics lead. The RMS is alsoresponsible for the completion of Customer Success Stories submitted by AMOMIMKey responsibilities and activities: - Partner with MIM to understand marketing campaign strategy and evaluateregion journey ROI metrics for best practices (with A-B testing) acrossmultiple criteria including response rates, cost/revenue analysis,qualitative key learnings, and overall results and then recommend changes toimprove existing tactics - Conduct ongoing analysis to evaluate and measure marketing journeytactic effectiveness with the goal of continuous process improvement tomaximize marketing program ROI - Utilize DOMO to understand campaign ROI metrics to optimize marketingcampaign journey tactical planning and goal setting; work with MIMs todevelop market and customer insights to optimize the effectiveness ofmarketing territory events/programs - Utilize Eloqua to build new campaigns, create emails and monitorresults. - Recommend and develop improved tactical marketing deliverables - Serve as liaison to all MIMs to ensure tactical alignment to deliverterritory marketing programs consistent with regional marketing campaignobjectives, segmentation and results (new contacts, MQLs, etc.) - Perform assessment of competitor marketing programs and tacticsincluding marcom, events, web presence, etc. and propose marketingtactics to dilute or counteract competitive moves; also evaluate external,non-T.and.M companies - Work cross functionally (with KGM) to improve and implementprocesses as needed. - As the Keysight World marketing tactics lead, drive consistency ofGlobal Keysight World branding, messaging and themes; design andcoordination of Event look and feel'; work with partners to establishsponsorships; interface with associated vendors and KW Program Lead; leadcommunications for eve
