Purpose of Job
We are currently seeking a talented Program Manager Senior (Remote Work Location Available) for one of the following locations: San Antonio Home Office I, Colorado Springs Campus, Phoenix Campus, Plano Legacy, Tampa Campus, Chesapeake or 100% remote work environment.
The Program Manager Senior will join the USAA Federal Savings Bank (FSB) Omnichannel Sales & Service Strategy Team. This role will support the multi-year transformation journey to simplify, standardize, and automate core member service representative (MSR) technologies across all Omnichannel contact centers.
Guides and facilitates teams in the development and implementation of key initiatives. Performs complex work assignments and problem resolution. Leads and manages programs and planning activities to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Proactively manages the development of new or developing programs. Defines multiple program strategies based on business demand and ROI expectations.

Identifies potential program opportunities to deliver integrated solutions that meet multiple business partner needs.
Directs analyses, root cause identification and development and recommendation of key work products.
Applies advanced knowledge of the business, its products and processes and integrates potential services to achieve business goals. Negotiates agreements, settles disputes equitably and diffuses high tension situations.
Defines and maintains multi-million dollar high risk program strategies based on business demand and ROI expectations.
Negotiates program tradeoffs with IT and the business as the program develops to ensure alignment of demand to capacity.
Holds responsibility for developing multi-year business plan to deliver business capabilities and define execution approach to achieve business goal while reducing risk and delivering early business value where ever possible.

Mentors Program Managers in developing business strategies, identifying benefits and defining alternatives across departmental
Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree (10 years total).
6 or more year's project and/or program management experience (including experience defining a new program) or relevant business experience.
Advanced experience in Principles of Project/Program or Portfolio Management
Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level

Experience leading technology transformations within the Banking industry
Experience implementing contact center technology solutions
Advanced program/project management experience leveraging agile methodologies to include relevant certifications (i.e. SAFe, PMP, CPM, etc.)
Extensive experience working with multiple stakeholders and developing/executing towards strategic/tactical solutions
Significant experience collaborating and communicating (written & verbal) with business partners and executive stakeholders
