Job Descriptions:
?Sigmatech is currently seeking a Portfolio Budget/Requirements Analyst in Colorado Springs to support USSPACECOM J81 with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Planning and Programming. Responsibilities include:
Advise the Division Chief on priorities for allocation of limited M&S resourcesDevelop Plans of Action and Milestones for CCMD M&S activities and participation
Create and edit staff packages that accurately convey the Directorate's position
Support routing of staff documents to include preparation of routing packages
Review documents for accuracy and completeness; advise the Division Chief on proposed changes documents and publications
Recommend/advise processes and procedures to streamline business activities/efforts internally and externally within the Division
Generate and complete action taskers and requests for information
Recommend adjudication and synchronization of CCMD M&S activities with subordinate, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff and other organizations
Support operational gap analysis to inform M&S resourcing efforts
Support the J81 during Joint Exercises to identify gaps in M&S capabilities
Attend M&S conferences and trade-shows, as directed by the Division Chief, to remain informed of the latest M&S trends
Required Experience:
?
Completion of JPME 1 is highly desired, and JPME II is preferred
Previous experience at a CCMD with requirements and budget experience is highly desired
Previous budget/requirements analysts or planner experience is highly desired
Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
Ability to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians
