JOB DESCRIPTION * Obtain/verify financial information as required byFHA/VA/CONV/RH/Mortgage Revenue Bond loan products to includeadditional information required by NBH Bank * Prepare and send disclosures as needed. * Ensure all required documentation per investorguidelines/regulations for each specific loan product is contained in theloan disclosure documents. * Follow up on orders to third parties to ensure timely delivery. * Upload documents into Encompass. * Document the conversation log in the loan file with all activities. * Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulationsand bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but notlimited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control(OFAC) requirements. * Interact with others (co-workers, management, clients, andvendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them withrespect and consideration regardless of their status or position. EDUCATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: This position requires the following educational and/orjob experience: * High school diploma or equivalent * Currently enrolled in a college program to work as an internalpart-time temporary SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The following is intended to give an overviewof the requirements of the position, but is not an exhaustive list. * Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.Job duties will include heavy telephone utilization. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well as a team player and be flexible as to currenturgencies. * Demonstrated ability to use discretion, tact, and diplomacy whendealing with customers and co-workers. * Good math, typing, and computer skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pacedenvironment and assist other teams as needed. * Analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solvingability. . * Needs moderate to minimal direction to complete job duties, plan andcomplete goals. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The following is intended to give an overview ofthe work environment of the position, but is not an exhaustive list. * Office setting with traditional hours. * Sitting for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8hours). * Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time(typically no longer than 8 hours). * Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees andwaist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turnhead-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items withhands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout theworkday * Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
