Aboveall, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision, the Planner I will collect, assimilate, andmanage project-related data; prepare mapping and required documents; andassist in the preparation and participation of site data collection visits,stakeholder interviews, charrettes, and in-progress reviews.The Planner I will participate in all phases of document development, applythe guidance and criteria contained in the Unified Facilities Criteria series(particularly UFC 2-100-01) in plan creation, prepare conferenceminutes, work with facility floor plans and facility category codes, andnarratively and graphically apply the planning process to documents such as: Transportation Network Plans Pedestrian Network Plans Landscape and Open Space Network Plans Site Plans Illustrative PlansQualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preference to urban planning, architecture,landscape architecture, civil engineering, geography, public policy,or related Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with an understanding ofproject timelines and deadlines. Able to travel internationally as needed. Have or be able to obtain a US security clearance. Due to client contract requirements, US Citizenship is requiredPreferred Qualifications Preference given to local candidates.
