Learning Experience Manager & Architect
We are on the search for the right driven, learner obsessed Learning Experience (LX) Manager & Architect to lead the design and development of end-to-end learning solutions. The right candidate should possess the ability to set strategies and then use design thinking methodology to create learning experiences that drive business objectives and meet learner needs. As an integral member of our team, you’ll collaborate with business unit leaders, learners, as well as learning delivery and knowledge management teams to identify functional and technical learning needs and architect learning experiences that make a meaningful impact on employee productivity and business results. This role will be instrumental in managing large and small scale design projects including facilitation of focus groups, surveys, ideation, technical design, and train-the-trainer sessions. You will also be given the opportunity to curate learning experiences and paths from existing internal and external learning resources. Most importantly, our team is expected to deliver results, and this leader will assess the results of the learning experience and present analysis to management.
Along with a Bachelor’s degree, the ideal candidate has 10+ years in learning design and development and/or a Learning Architect as well as a proven track record of leading delivery of complex learning design projects while demonstrating drive, ambition, and business acumen. This leader has a deep understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate/Rise, Captivate or other authoring tools; SCORM/AICC, Learning Management Systems. Insurance industry experience and a Master’s degree is a plus. Relocation assistance may be available.
