Are you passionate about the Medicare population, looking for a role in leadership that will give you the ability to direct the success of 120 work at home call center sales associates. If so, we are looking for a dynamic and agile leader that is highly motivated and self-driven that thinks outside the box to join our team in operating virtual call centers of the future.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, DMS Telesales will be responsible for leading and developing highly engaged, top- performing teams of Sales Managers and Inside Sales Agents who sell our portfolio of healthcare products offered to prospects and members over the phone. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a large staff of work at home leaders and agents virtually, a good understanding of call center day-to-day operations utilizing current and future technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or work level equivalent experience

  • 6 or more years of consumer-focused call-center sales leadership experience

  • 2 or more years of call center management experience

  • Track record of building high-performing sales teams and achieving sales goals and success for a high-volume call center unit

  • Prior experience coordinating sales operations activities with partners/vendors, including systems migrations

  • Demonstrated ability to partner across functions to create win/win strategies is required

  • Prior experience leading large teams in a values-based culture is desired

  • Open leadership style; actively seeks out and supports collaborative thinking and problem solving

  • Skill in driving results, thinking strategically, while passionately leading sales operations

  • Extremely organized, disciplined, hands-on leader who is not afraid of digging into details when necessary

  • Commitment to recruiting and developing diverse talent to meet the dynamic business requirements of the market

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • This position will require about 25% travel primarily for business meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the healthcare insurance industry, with sales related experience

Additional Information

  • You must be able to obtain your active Health & Life Insurance Licenses as well as the AHIP certification within the first 90 days of employment
