Presidio is a leading NorthAmerican IT solutions provider focused on Digital Infrastructure, BusinessAnalytics, Cloud, Security and Emerging solutions.THE ROLE: Specialist, Services and SubscriptionsAs a Cisco Contract Renewal Specialist your primary role is to managePresidio's customers' Cisco maintenance service contracts, createcontract renewal quotes, enter contract renewal orders and work with AccountExecutives and regional ISRs in successfully booking renewals. This positionworks cooperatively with regional management, account executives and insidesales representatives to promote and develop the Cisco branded maintenanceservice practice with the goal of increasing both initial attach rate andrenewal rate. The Cisco Contract Renewal Specialist will also interfacebetween the customer and Cisco to renew the contracts in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Management of Cisco maintenance service contracts and Enterprise AgreementsTrack and report on annuity renewals by customer and by regionMaintain and reconcile end-users Cisco inventory/licensing and software andproactively manage this process quarterly and annuallyProactively manage customer renewals by creating quotes, contacting andinforming Presidio sales representative and customers regarding contractrenewals that results in closing salesParticipate in customer facing meetings to explain and educate on maintenanceprograms, benefits of maintaining inventory under maintenance and overallassist in maintaining a shared partnership with customer and CiscoParticipate in OEM meetings; strategize on end-user proposal relating torenewal; single year, multi-year, transition to Enterprise AgreementsWork as an interface and subject matter expert between Presidio, Cisco andthe end-user for the maintenance contracts practiceTriage all Cisco services related questions and issuesWork with regional management, account executives and inside salesassociates to promote and develop the Cisco branded maintenance servicepractice with the goal of increasing both initial attach rate and renewal rateUnderstand existing pricing and promotional deals available for commercial,education, and public sector customers to offer best price to end-userAccurately forecast a pipeline of weekly and monthly renewals for bookingCollaborate with manufacturer reps to secure pricing, ensure timely renewalsand accurate forecastingMake outbound sales calls for renewals and close sales for renewalsProvide customer service to end-users, Presidio sales representatives,inside sales, engineers and project management team by resolving contractissues and streamlining the customer renewal experiencePrepare and process orders utilizing internal toolsTrack orders to completion, escalate (as required), and ensureaccurate bookingPrepare and deliver Quarterly business reviews to clients as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.At least 2 years experience with Cisco Maintenance ContractsDesired Skills:Proficient in Microsoft ExcelFlexibility for onsite travel for internal/external meetings*****ABOUT PRESIDIOPresidio is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the highestlevels and has strengthened its drive to build and drive systemic DEandIchange process across all levels of the organization.Cultivating a culture of inclusion where the expression of all our...
