As Regional Vice President, you'll lead a team in managing our existingstaffing, recruiting and consulting enterprise accounts, providingleadership, guidance and support to drive outstanding client retention andgrowth performance.In this role, you'll be responsible for:Sales LeadershipIdentifying target markets and develop sales strategies for penetrating andgrowing accountsEstablishing and achieving both annual and monthly sales objectives incoordination with the business planCoordinating specific objectives of sales plan with all functions of thecompany, and most importantly FinanceDeveloping and driving a multi-touch/faceted client engagement strategy topromote client loyalty, retention and growthManaging the field sales selling processes, from lead generation throughclose and account servicingManaging the needs of clients in order to meet the objectives of the overallbusiness plans and strategiesEnsuring quarterly business reviews are consistently completed with clients topromote product enhancements, performance and on-going strategic supportwithin accountEnsuring compliance and adherence to sales processes, documentation,systems, and completion of daily, weekly and monthly "basics" (i.e.reporting, business reviews, client engagement etc.)Designing and implementing post-sales account services processesDriving weekly forecasting resulting in 95% or greater accuracy to actualperformance achievedRecruiting, developing, managing and motivating a highperforming/executing sales teamBusiness DevelopmentIdentifying new ways to generate revenue on Dice.com while building on corebrand strengthsStructuring and negotiating deals around content syndication and distributionDeveloping partnerships and revenue-generating deals for both mobile andonline platformsMeeting individually with key accounts, as well as joining sales/accountmanagement team members in sales meetingsContributing to market and target customer strategies for the companyContributing to compensation plans for all sales teams, includingcommission/bonus plans, sales contests, etc.For this role, we're requiring:Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Verifiable success in developing and executing sales plans and achieving salesresultsSkilled at engaging CXO clients, business and functional leadersOutstanding ability to forge and foster deep client relationships built ontrust and transparencySkilled at driving operational rigor, forecasting, account planning, andpipeline qualityExpert in implementing and leading sales and forecasting methodologiesExpert in creating and negotiating large enterprise dealsAbility to manage multiple business initiatives in a complex multi-officeenvironmentAbility to work effectively/collaboratively cross-functionally withmarketing, product and customer success teamsSuccess in building, coaching and leading a high executing enterprise salesteamAccomplished ability to drive, inspire and add value to team in order to"raising the bar"High emotional intelligence manically focused on enabling team to "win"Education, Experience:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 10 years first line sales leadership experience with a cloudsolution providerExperience working in the human resources, recruiting, staffing or relatedindustry preferred
