DaVita Healthcare Enrollment Specialist in Centennial, Colorado
We are looking for a sales-minded, patient-centric Enrollment Specialist to join our call center team in Centennial, CO.
Through a provided lead list, the Enrollment Specialist makes outbound calls to individuals (patients and non-patients) with the goal of enrolling them in a health and wellness program. Success in this role involves rapidly building rapport with the call recipient, tailoring the value proposition to their individual needs, overcoming objections, and getting them started in the program.
You have the potential to make a tremendous positive impact on individuals' lives. Call recipients are typically very sick or unaware of the severity of their health condition, requiring the Engagement Specialist to be empathetic, tenacious, creative, and self-motivated.
You will be cross-trained to support other patient engagement operations in the call center as needed. You will join a team that is professional, collaborative, supportive, results-driven, and which celebrates success. Training and on-going coaching are provided to the Enrollment Specialist to help improve their skills and performance. Opportunities exist to grow in this role and with the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Engage individuals telephonically in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that meet their needs
Manage a lead list and meeting enrollment goals
Engage professionals in medical facilities telephonically for education and patient-outreach initiatives
Perform administrative tasks in supporting of engagement operations
Job performance will be measured through a variety of metrics, including but not limited to enrollment rate and customer satisfaction scores

High school Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role; call center experience preferred
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Exemplary listening skills
Ability to quickly develop rapport with individuals over the phone
Excellent customer service skills and a consultative sales approach
Self-starter with the ability to meet performance goals
Must have perseverance and willingness to make multiple attempts to engage individuals
Type a minimum of 30 words per minute
Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems.
