This person is responsible for acting as the finance lead for Propulsion, Structures, Ordnance and Controls (PSOC) Program Finance activities in Denver and performing cost management and Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including: support to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and analysis of financial data in order to provide information to the management team to enable sound business decisions. This position will also support a multitude of program finance functions including the ability to act independently in establishing / managing Performance Measurement Baselines, analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimate at Complete (EAC). Also, evaluating Earned Value methodology and techniques and implementing of these techniques on programs along with associated variance analysis. Will use various Enterprise tool sets including Cobra and SAP. The candidate will also perform multiple financial cost analyses including cost allocation and preparation of reports and contractual deliverables, assisting with the development and documentation of corrective action plans, preparing analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership, managing IBR’s at major supplier facilities and leading the financial analysts assigned to the Fleet Ballistic Missile PSOC team.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Strong analytical, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• High level of competence with Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application.
• Experience with IBRs and analysis of Supplier IPMR/CPR data.
• 8 (eight) years or more of accounting/finance experience
• Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion
• Data analysis through use of Excel queries
• Cost systems similar to Cobra
• Interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers,
Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel, across multiple sites
• Experience leading and mentoring less senior analysts
