Amerita Clinical Liaison - Nurse- Infusion Pharmacy in Centennial, Colorado
Overview
Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our Nursing team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Clinical Liaison will report to the Nurse Manager and work in our location branch.
Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.
As a core member of the Nursing team, you will be expected to perform daily marketing and care transition coordination activities for various referral sources, case managers and patients referred to Amerita. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression discussions.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Liaison, you will...
Manage daily and weekly schedule of care transition coordination, patient assessment and marketing support activities.
Maintain effective working relationships with referral sources.
Seek out new referral source contacts and opportunities for additional referral activity from existing referral sources.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate territory management documentation.
Complete timely clinical and care coordination documentation as indicated by liaison activities.
Submit a weekly activities report to the General Manager.
Demonstrate positive, informative interaction with ancillary departments, co-workers, and hospital physicians.
Adhere to policies, procedures, all safety plans and all standards imposed by regulatory organizations.
Coordinate customer activities closely with the field Account Executive(s) responsible for the customer account.
Qualifications
Degree in nursing from an accredited school, preferred
Current license to practice nursing in the state that you are assigned
Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience
Previous marketing experience preferred
Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's commission plan per the terms of the plan
Pay range: $65,000 to $80,000 yearly
