CACI International Systems Administrator - CO - TS/SCI Poly in Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado
CACI Enterprise IT Operations has an opportunity for a Systems Administrator to support a large and complex IT enterprise program.
What you’ll get to do:
As Systems Administrator you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. You will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures.
More about your role:
Daily responsibilities may include:
Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Provide support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems.
Provide second /third tier problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and GPOs on multiple networks.
Provide second/third tier support for ePO, McAfee and WSUS on multiple networks.
Provide server side support using Citrix, XenApp, etc.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
You’ll bring these qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, or a related discipline and 5 years + of related experience
Active Directory experience including DHCP, DNS and GPO
Demonstrated experience providing second/third tier Microsoft Windows Support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset.
Experience providing customer service either desk side or remote (via phone or email)
Knowledge of ticketing systems.
Security Certifications (Security+, Network+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent)
These qualifications would be nice to have:
Experience working with IT customers within the Department of Defense.
