Youwill have the opportunity to design, create content, and executeChannel/Partner training programs for Sales.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Working closely with the Code42 sales teams, our channel and technologypartner leaders and our marketing team to identify development needs forCode42 partners.Design and maintain the Code42 Channel and Partner Enablement andCertification Program.Administer training needs assessments to support the design, development anddelivery of improvements to the channel and partner sales training program.Work with the Code42 channel account managers and internal subject matterexperts to set schedules, training presentations, organize presenters andother training related resources.Collaborate with subject matter experts on current and upcoming trainingneeds, in order to effectively adapt training materials for unique use cases(example: cultural considerations).Continuously improve training programs for new and existing partner salesteams.Coordinate and facilitate training sessions related to selling Code42 productsand services through the channel for our internal sales team.Leverage diverse training techniques, concepts, learning tools, andpractices to ensure maximum effectivenessProvide technical expertise and recommendations to partner systems engineersObserve and document training participants' skill levels and competenciesWHAT YOU BRING:Ideally you hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance,Project Management or similar field or equivalent experience, along with5+ years of experience in security-focused Channel Sales Enablement.You are experienced in creating instructional design and training facilitationKnowledge of adult learning theories and fundamental skills in areas oftraining curriculum design and evaluationMust have fundamental understanding and working knowledge of sales processesand executionBecause we live in a "zoom" world, you have In-depth knowledge ofvirtual training technology and learning management systemsWHY #BECODE42:A first-class onboarding experience which includes professional development,personal development all while learning and living our Code42 values.
