As Sr. Director of Channel Solutions, you will direct and lead a team that supports the US GTM Channel Team and its clients. This is a newly formed role bringing together the account teams that service clients across all of ODC’s offerings inclusive of Audiences, Context, Measurement & DMP. The Channel Solutions organization strives to provide best in class service to their clients who include top media partners, Fortune 500 brands, and advertising agencies with digital execution and analytics. The team works with these clients to understand how best to solve their digital data marketing challenges and apply the best tactics of ODC data and solutions. The team supports a fast paced advertising ecosystem in which planning and knowledge is needed as quickly as possible when it comes to data application. This position will direct this team while aligning with larger strategies across the org.

Key responsibilities include:

Direct a team that provides best in class solutions & campaign support for in-bound leads to the ODC

Direct a team that that supports ODC SaaS business including measurement and DMP offerings.

Prioritize initiatives & team efforts to support delivering on sales goals & flawless execution for key stakeholders

Ensure team charter, objectives and ways of working are established, communicated and accepted across the organization

Ensure team is well-versed in all ODC products and is optimized to help drive revenue

Implement key success criteria, tools to track progress and align team to maximize performance

Identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies & performance and implement solutions to deliver against the opportunities

Stay on top of larger media trends and organization needs to guide the priorities and focus for the Partner Solutions team

Be the expert and resource to Channel leadership on insights, trends and opportunities derived from ODC’s in-bound and account support business

Responsible for hiring and aligning resources based on current & future needs

Ensure team is inspired, motivated and is high-functioning

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading large teams

Proven track record of inspiring & motivating teams

Extensive experience working in an operations and/or account management environment

Motivated by problem solving and creating things from scratch

Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment

Advanced knowledge of the advertising eco system

Advanced knowledge of Oracle systems is preferred

Ability to travel, when needed

BA/BS degree required

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.

As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to Travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
