Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule interviews, to include making arrangements, sending paperwork, creating interview itineraries and scheduling travel.
  • Track and process invoices.
  • Input personnel requisitions into the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare offer letters.
  • Update applicant tracking system throughout recruitment process.
  • File and maintain all Talent Acquisition files.
  • Prepare for audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, the Strategic Support Units, and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
