Job Summary

The Director of Enterprise Product Operations role manages progress reporting, team metrics, performance indicators, product roadmaps and performance forecasts for the Enterprise Product team. They will engage with the Product VPs and Product Finance to analyze/investigate areas of underperformance as well as areas of opportunity to make recommendations for improvement. They will meet/present to Executive level management including the CMO and BU Presidents to report on initiatives and progress. They will represent the Enterprise Product leadership team as sometimes needed in cross-functional meetings. They will work cross-functionally with other operational and support groups including AMO, Sales, A/E, Planning, Product, Service Delivery, Finance, and BPI. Role will also act as Chief of Staff for the SVP of Enterprise Services and team.

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

  • Performance Analysis and Forecasting including key metric dashboards

  • Financial Reporting and Forecasting for completed disconnects

  • Financial Reporting and Forecasting for parallel services

  • Financial Reporting and Forecasting for re-rate impacts and follow on activity

  • Financial Reporting of associated costs (e.g. capacity augment) and waived fees (e.g. building extensions, porting)

  • Cause/Effect Analysis for Program Incentives and SPIFFS to drive increased performance

  • Opportunity Analysis and Decomp

  • Technical writing and communications liaison


• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 10+ with a Master’s degree

• Expert-level individual contributor performing work that addresses the most complex business problems and provides expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions.

• Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree / MBA Preferred

• Ability to structure and manage complex projects with limited direction.

• Strong experience or engagement with a variety of the CenturyLink functions

• Understanding of core operational processes.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, good business judgment.

• Strong organizational and/or project management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation (verbal/written) skills.
