GogoSupply Chain, Production and Manufacturing Broomfield, ColoradoDescriptionPosition at Gogo Business Aviation LLCThe Gogo Business Aviation Production Technician employee is responsible forthe assembly and testing of Gogo Business Aviation manufactured goods. Theemployee is also responsible for dis-assembly, repair and/or replacementof sub-assemblies, and/or component parts as directed. We are looking fora detailed, reliable and motivated individual who wants to join our awesomeoperations team!COME ON BOARD THE PRODUCTION TEAM!How will you make a difference? *Assist with maintaining AS9100 production test requirements andcertification. *Understand and assist with any inventory transactions, and datarecording required to produce Gogo's products. *Assist with physical inventory requirements as required. *Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and provide feedback on theproduction floor *Collaborate and contribute to new product introduction (NPI) andcontinuous improvement projectsAssembly Focus *Learn, understand and use the processes and procedures for producingproducts. *Assist with the timely completion of manufactured assemblies whilemaintaining the highest quality levels of workmanship. *Able to assemble/disassemble, repair or replace subassembliesand/or assemblies to produce an acceptable product without damage tocomponents or assemblies. *Demonstrate an advanced understanding for electro-mechanical assembliesand corresponding systemsTesting Focus *Assist in the provisioning of products to prepare them for testing. *Inspection and Test (per required Manufacturing Test Procedure) tofinalize an acceptable product. *Assist in the testing of customer-returned products. *Assist with troubleshooting of failed product to determine the failedsub-component. *Recognize and act accordingly to differences between production andrepair processes and unitsQualifications *High school diploma or equivalent with additional specialized technicaltraining equivalent to a Technical Associate degree *Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an electronics assemblyoperation in an assembly/repair capacity and/or three (3) years'experience in testing electronic products. *This is a safety-sensitive position. Position is subject to random drugtesting.Experience, Skills and Talents *Computer literacy preferred. *Good communication skills. Speak and understand English; ability toread and interpret written and/or verbal instructions. *Certified to JSTD and/or IPC standards preferred. *Familiar with ISO9000/9001 (AS9100 preferred) production testrequirements. *Experience with Agile PLM and Navision ERP systems preferred.PI128641960Job Details
