This is acommission based position with a training salary.We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, life,disability insurance, 401(K), paid holidays, paidvacation/personal time, and an employee car discount program for eligibleemploESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Attain the sales and gross profit objectives set by the Sales Manager.Regularly call on established accounts.Establish and qualify new accounts.Aggressively sell all available products.Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers.Maintain familiarity with all products and programs, and the dealership'scredit policies.Keep in contact with your major accounts.Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.Complete tasks within expenses budgeted for travel and entertainment.Attend trade shows and other events as needed.Manage a customer database.Provide additional help in areas as needed.Other duties as assigned by the manager.WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Perform demonstrations or ride alongs with potential buyersSit or stand for prolonged periods of timeClimbing in and out of vehiclesOccasional stooping and bendingAbility to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs.Normal range of hearing and vision.REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE,KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.Self-motivated and willingness to learn.Strong sales aptitude.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Excellent follow-through skills.Bilingual is a plus.Professional, responsible and customer oriented at all times.Knowledge of Commercial Vehicles is a plus.Automotive industry experience preferred.Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and passpost-offer background check, physical and drug screening.JOB DETAILS:Type: Salary + commissionCompensation Range: $3,000 to $5,000/month +commission.
