YOUR DAY In the role of PATIENT ACCOUNT REP I you need to know how to: Review insurance aging reports Resubmit and work corrected claims and appeals Review and manage aging claims and accounts receivable, as wellas comprehensive follow up to maximize reimbursement. YOUR EXPERIENCE We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which iswhy we require: High School diploma or GED equivalent 1 year experience working in a professional office setting Highly Prefer 1 years of full cycle medical billing experience Knowledge of CPT (procedures), ICD-10 (diagnoses), and modifiers The ability to read and understand Explanation of Benefits(EOB's) or interpret denials A basic understanding of accounting procedures such asdebits/credits Experience with insurance claim appeals Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Excel) Familiarity with electronic remittances Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications YOUR NEXT MOVE Now that you know more about this role and our team we hope youll joinus.
