Do youhave the ability towork independently onprojects,periodically work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diversestaff?If yes, then join our team!Position OverviewRMI's Advanced Building Construction(ABC)Collaborativeis seekingaMembershipCoordinator with exceptional organizational and communicationskills.TheMembershipCoordinatorwill playa key role inlaunchingand promotingtheCollaborative, recruiting members,and maintaining member relationships.ABC CollaborativeOverviewThe ABC Collaborative brings together a network of construction and buildingsindustry stakeholders to dramatically accelerate the adoption ofhigh-performance, low-carbonnewconstruction and retrofitsolutionsthat areaffordable, faster to deliver, energy efficient, and appealing to ownersand users.Key responsibilities:Membership ManagementSupportCollaborativeteam withmemberresearch andrecruitmentServe as a main point of contact for membershipinquiriesEnsure key recruitmentinformationand all membership opportunities are upto date in Salesforce onat leastamonthlybasisSupport negotiation and execution of all membership contractsOversee and manage ongoing memberrelationshipsEvents and LogisticsPlan, organize, and executeCollaborative annualconveningsSupport convening agenda designCoordinate withprogram marketer to manage event communicationsandpromotionOccasionally support members in coordinatingCollaborativeworking groupsessionsCollaborativeStrategy andOperationsInform Collaborative strategy and tactics based on industry knowledge andstakeholder and memberengagementCreate and maintain CollaborativebudgetLiaise member invoicing with program coordinator andfinanceFacilitate and manage the monitoring and reporting of Collaborativerevenue and expenses in partnership with compliance manager,development officers, and CollaborativeleadershipMaintain a high-level view of therevenuepipeline and give feedback toleadership on future fundinggapsAct as a liaison between finance and the Collaborative to ensure that thecorrect rates are being used for budgets in funding proposalsandcontractsAssist in unexpected tasks required to establish and operationalizeCollaborative as needed by team,similar toanystart-upMinimum QualificationsPassion for the mission of RMIMinimum of abachelor'sdegreefrom an accredited college or universityMinimum of4+years ofindustry related andproject managementexperienceExperience in managingbudgets andbusinessunitsExperience in sales and client managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven organization skills and flexibility when it comes tobalancingprioritiesAdditional QualificationsExperience with SalesforceStrong team and interpersonal skills and the ability to workindependentlyDemonstrableproblem-solvingskillsGood judgement and strong decision-making abilityLocationThe position will remain remote through the COVID-19 pandemic. Once theCOVID-19 situation improves, it is expected that this role will be based outof one of ourOakland, Washington DC, or New York offices. This will bediscussed further throughout the interview process.CompensationThe salary range for this position is $60,500 - $81,500, with thetarget range being $65,000 - $75,000. This is dependent on experiencethat will be discussed and vetted through the interview process.
