Chemical Process Operator - PC Drum Mfg. - 2nd ShiftThe Chemical Process Operato will operate a variety of chemical processingequipment in preparing liquid or solid chemicals for either long or shortcycle processing. Responsibilities Include:Weigh, measure, get proper proportions and mix ingredients.Test to meet standards.Make adjustments of equipment, temperature, pressure or time cycle as needed.Perform minor maintenance task including cleaning, inspection andlubrication of equipment.***This is a 2nd shift position.Educational RequirementsHigh School diploman or GED requiredPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly requiredto sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and maybe required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlThe associate may lift and/or move up to 50 poundsWorking ConditionsGenerally works in a plant environment but will be required to perform somejob duties inside a typical office settingWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate may be exposed tomoving mechanical partsThe noise level is frequently loudWill occassionally have to wear safety PPE when handling chemical equipment.Pay: $16.00 - $25.00/hr (plust shift differential)When it comes to taking great care of our employees, we've got youcovered.
