We are seeking an Associate Director/Director of InteractiveCommunications with the domain expertise and knowledge to help us meet ourcompany goals and objectives.The Associate Director/Director, Interactive Communications, isresponsible for identifying, developing, implementing and managingSomaLogic s interactive/digital communications strategies (web, socialand mobile technologies), and continually evaluating and improving them inconjunction with evaluative analytics and the strategic needs of the company.Level commensurate with experience.Key Job Responsibilities: Maintain and build on external and internal company websites, socialmedia sites and other electronic media to maximize impact (includesoversight of any necessary vendors to accomplish tasks). Proactively anticipate and develop digital communications tools thatsupport and accelerate the company s strategic direction. Play a key role to strengthen and expand business with current clientsand help build digital relationships with new clients. Drive adoption of standards, supporting digital best practices and keydigital metrics. Responsible for identifying the need for, and then assessing,training, mentoring, and onboarding any necessary new Digital staff. Coach and mentor future staff to create an environment that builds teamengagement and fosters career development and growth opportunities. Work with the team to set individual and team goals and monitor progressregularly. Select and manage any external digital communications vendors needed. Build and manage a digital communications budget (as part of thelarger Corporate Communications budget). Evaluate effectiveness of current and potential digital communicationtools/solutions, and suggest actions for improvement. Stay on top of competitive landscape and emerging trends. Serve as resource to multiple departments, including IT.EducationBS/BA, advanced degree preferredSkills and experience 10+ (15+ preferred) years of increasing responsibility fortechnical management of digital media Strong analytical, technical and project management skills Proven track record managing a variety of digital and interactiveprojects from concept to completion including:o producingo launchingo maintaining and enhancing Strong command over Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Google Apps, andMicrosoft Office product suites Self-motivated leader with a track record of delivering effective andcompelling web/digital projects Experience across various interactive genres, i.e., casual,core, social, branded, experiential and platforms, i.e., mobile,Facebook/Instagram, HTML5, Web Ability to write/create content as needed Ability to handle light graphic design as needed Solid proficiency in website development task tracking Solid proficiency in project management software(s), e.g.,Asana, Basecamp, Trello Comfortable with client (internal and external) facingresponsibilities and working with clients to develop and negotiate projectscopes and budgets Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard software tools, designdocuments, and production processes/best practices (budgets,scheduling, concept and prototyping creation, project management, QAprocesses and bug reporting) Strong familiarity with Google Analytics Working knowledge of SEO best practices Familiarity with several Content Management Systems, preferredknowledge of WordPress development and management Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus Familiarity with Aerva (or related digital billboardtechn
