If you're interested in providing a service to yourfellow citizens and interacting with customers on a day to day, face to facebasis, submit your application for the Enrollment Agent position today!About the Job (includes but is not limited to):Provide superior customer service to internal and external customersPerform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting andretail equipment, including computer hardware and softwareVerify customer identity and scan required documents into database systemSuccessfully complete required biometric and data capture processes andpaperwork on each customerTrack processing time for each applicant and ensure applicants are processedin appropriate orderPerform biometric processing to include capturing quality electronicfingerprints, photographs and signatures to meet or exceed program accuracystandardsIdentify win-win opportunities to provide more products and services tocustomersCreate opportunities to add value for customers through the upselling ofretail products and services (if applicable)Adhere to all company and departmental employment policies regarding securityand confidentiality to ensure applicant documents/information aresafeguarded at all timesAdhere to all company and departmental policies relating to Enrollment Centerstandards, including adherence to signage, branding, and employee attirepoliciesPerforms Enrollment Center Sustainment responsibilities on a daily basisPerforms administrative duties such as time keeping, shift schedules,daily activity reports, card inventory, equipment inventory, submitupdated enrollment center photos and requisitioning supplies includingtroubleshooting and/or equipment modifications when necessaryRepresents the company and the program(s) that are supported in aprofessional and customer oriented mannerSupport Customer Service Registration and Reservation activities, as necessarySuccessfully completes time sensitive trainings/briefings as assigned.Note: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similarwork-related duties as assigned.
