Work includes scheduling, managing, anddisseminating Senior Executive(s) calendar(s); controlling access tothe Senior Executive(s); and preparing correspondence. This positionrequires wide latitude of discretion regarding workflow and priorities, inaddition to in-depth knowledge of various executives' styles, methods ofoperation, and authorities. Positions at this level are expected to interactwith high-ranking officials within the Agency and throughout the IC,Congress, the White House, and the private sector. Intrinsic to theExecutive Assistant's work is knowledge of the Agency, the IC, and otherGovernAnswer and place telephone calls, direct calls, take messages, andfollow-up accordinglyMaintain an efficient office environment to include assisting in the orderingof supplies/equipment, arranging for office equipment repairs,coordinating office renovations, and participating in event planningPrepare read-ahead material for Senior ExecutivesReceive, sort, and screen incoming mail; categorize, prioritize andprepare responses for Senior Executive signatureSummarize correspondence, highlight key issues or topics of interest, andfollow up to ensure proper and timely responseManage the workflow of multiple matters, within a continuously adaptingschedule, for the assigned Senior ExecutivePrepare and review non-routine letters, memos, documents, and variousreports for Senior Executive signature to ensure compliance with Agencycorrespondence guidelinesPrepare to host Senior Executive visitors to include passing securityclearances and escortingUpdate and maintain records and files using the Agency enterprise recordsmanagement systemMaintain an awareness of internal structural levels and hierarchy within theorganizationAssist and relieve the assigned Senior Executive of a variety of complexexecutive office support functionsManage all aspects of Senior Executive daily agenda to include schedulingappointments, preparing travel itineraries, schedule Very Important Person(VIP) parking, and making arrangementsResearch and prepare background information on meeting attendees and/ortopics of interest for the meetingProcess travel accounting/vouchersDisseminate schedule to appropriate staff and act as a liaison between theSenior Executive and othersDevelop creative approaches and alternatives to the resolution of issues andproblemsJob RequirementsClearance:Must have an active TS/SCI with CI PolyEducation and Relevant Experience:High School Diploma and 10 years of relevant experience, orBachelor's Degree any degree and 5 years of relevant experienceDesired Skill Set:Demonstrated ability in oral and written communication skills sufficient tocompose and deliver clear and concise responsesDemonstrated knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar,
