We are looking for a Mobility Systems Administrator who will review mobility systems usage and advise stakeholders on system functionality to increase productivity and efficiencies. In addition this person will partner with all users to identify and deliver appropriate solutions for the mobility applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot GMS application user issues, conducting root cause analysis and building effective solutions through usage and maintenance of the Request Queue(s).

  • Manage system changes through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple departments, coordinate information flow through globalCONNECT applications and reconcile conflicts in down-stream effects to generate a balance of efficiency and process improvement.

  • Maintain system protocols by documenting changes to the production environment and effecitvely communicating best practice to Training, OPEX and any other affected departments.

  • Serve as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and ITS partners to implement technical solutions to meet Client contract and requirements.

  • Work closely with end users in the areas of User Acceptance Testing, Application Release Testing and Custom Configuration Testing.

  • Dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner that is understood by relevant audiences. Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications without customization.

  • Coordinate deployment of new releases or functional improvments to globalCONNECT applications.

Required Skills

2+ years experience utilizing SQL Server Management Studio writing SQL Queries; Expertise in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, AssignmentPro and Salesforce.com. Exposure to Team Foundation Server, Pardot, SpringCM and help-desk software applications helpful.

Required Experience

Education : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis (or 5+ years of relevant experience). Preference given for a Master's Degree.

Knowledge/Experience : 5+ years AssignmentPro or SFDC experience in all functional areas and administrative capabilities; 3-5 years providing or supporting global mobility service delivery, preferably with international assignment focus.

Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training : Global Mobility Specialist or Salesforce Certified Administrator designations preferred.
