Oracle Cloud Partner Alliance Consultant in Aurora, Colorado
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

Cloud Partner Alliance Consultant
LOCATION: UNITED STATES

Areas of Responsibilities:
Engage named Services Delivery partners: assess partner focus, gain executive commitment to partnership, and execute go-to-market plans
Partner Expertise plans:planning and execution of partner expertise plans (SS&P Enablement resource support)
Service Delivery Accelerate plans: Develop and execute plans specific to each Service Delivery Partner to migrate their customer base to OCI (CPR sold with partner)
Partner Go-to-Market integration: SVP segments to CPR level, P2P alignment, and new customer acquisitions (with SS&P sales and CPRs)
Marketing: Develop and execute marketing with/through plan (field marketing support), and MarCom plan to sales (SS&P Comms support)
*Consumption: *Monitor consumption for SD install base (with CE support) and expansion of existing customers (with CPR, SS&P sales)
Competitiveness: Retain marketplace knowledge to ensure competitiveness of Oracle value proposition.
- Assess, curate, and promote partners based on workload expertise
o Execute data driven criteria standards with partners (certs, expertise, best practices, etc.)
o Align top partners to sales
- Develop and execute partner enablement plans
o Assess corporate enablement offerings and promote to partners
- Subject Matter Expertise on Oracle partner facing programs and initiatives
o Be proficient in and perceived as a subject matter in key Oracle Cloud solutions. Support your partners, their customers, and extended partner teams in that technology.

Exceptional virtual team leadership skills
Strong end customer sales experience
5 years in IT / technical, preferably in Cloud, Alliances & Channels, or sales related roles
