If you're seeking to work with an amazing team in a"get-it-done" atmosphere that supports your development, and recognizesyour achievements, BNI is the place for you.Position Summary: The Program Quality Engineer oversees program quality andprovides support to various functional departments including Manufacturing,Engineering, Procurement, and Sales as needed to ensure product qualityand continual improvement as well as addressing cost, competitiveness, andcustomer expectations.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee engineered product programs to ensure quality and contractualrequirements are met.Monitor, assess, and improve design and program quality, in-processproduction, inspection, and assembly performance to ensure programrequirements are maintainedContinuously improve procedures, processes and methods to ensure qualitywith zero defects and/or escapes, which are measured by completion ofpredetermined improvement initiatives.Qualifications:To qualify for this position, an individual must possess the knowledge,training, experience and abilities required.Education and TrainingBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, orother engineering discipline or combination of education and experience.Experience:Five years' experience in quality engineering or quality assurance.Five years' experience with recognized quality systems (ISO, AS, QS, TS).Other:Must be willing to work overtime as required.Travel up to 20% of working time.Desired Qualification:Training certificates (CQE, CQA, CQT)Experience in a complex metal manufacturing environment - aerospaceenvironment preferableWork Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
